Do you Gift Wrap?
Gift wrapping is a free service and most items
can be gift wrapped in our custom Henry Bear paper, just make sure to
check the -Gift Wrap- box on the item page. Some over size items cannot
be gift-wrapped.
If you would like to send a short personalized note with your gift,
please make sure to enter what you would like to say in the text box
field on the product page .
Are my items in stock?
We do our best to make sure that all of the
items you see on-line are in stock, but availability of items may vary.
If all your items are in stock we will ship them as soon as possible, if
an item is out of stock we will notify you via email to let you know the
status of the item so that you can decide whether to keep the order
standing.
If you would like to make sure an item is in stock you
can send us an email and we
will respond as quickly as possible. You can also call us directly at
781-646-9400 during regular business hours or leave a message after
hours and we will get back to you.
How do you ship?
All items are shipped UPS ground (3-7 business days from
date shipped) unless indicated otherwise.
We ship Monday thru Friday. Please note that UPS does not
ship on weekend days.
Our shipping table only applies to the contiguous 48 US
States, if your order is to ship outside the continental USA, we will
notify you of the additional shipping charges via email for your
approval prior to shipping.
Oversize items are subject to additional shipping charges.
We will indicate that an item is Oversized in the body of the product
description. If you order an oversized item we will send an email prior
to shipping with the total charges for your approval.

How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your order, we cheerfully
accept returns for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30
days with your receipt and as long as the item is in its original box
and in saleable condition.
If the item is defective, please email us and let us know
whether you would like a replacement or if we can replace
parts.

Toy Safety & Warnings
When your receive your order, please examine all product
packages for Warning/Choking Hazard labels before use.
All products are tested and labeled by the manufacturer if
the product poses a potential choking hazard for a certain age group of
children. Each manufacturer tests and determines choking hazards
according to Federal Safety Standards.
If you are un-sure about product suitability for an age
group, please call us at 617-547-8424 or email us prior to ordering an item
and we will send the manufacturers recommendations and warnings to
you.
