Premium Residential Delivery Services

Two Levels of Service:

1. Residential Threshold Delivery: service to residential driveway, garage, inside front porch or door using a lift-gate equipped truck, pallet jack or hand truck.

Service is by appointment arranged by delivery agent and ultimate consignee, delivery service is available between 8:00 AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM Saturday.

Service Fee: $120.00 Flat Fee (for the first 1100 lbs, $0.12/lbs in excess of 1100 lbs)

2. Residential Room Placement Delivery: inside delivery service to room of choice, including de-skidding, placement and debris removal.

Service is by appointment arranged by delivery agent and ultimate consignee, delivery service is available between 8:00 AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM Saturday.

Service Fee: $150.00 Flat Fee (for the first 1100 lbs, $0.12/lbs in excess of 1100 lbs)

Additional Charges will be incurred for deliveries:

- Requiring more than 30 minutes onsite delivery time: $115.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments.

- Requiring additional product handlers for safety or to prevent potential product damage: $40.00 per hour with a two hour minimum.

- Storage:  The first 15 days of storage will be at no-charge.  Thereafter, storage charges at the rate of four and one-half cents ($.05) per pound per day will apply with a four hundred (400) pound minimum and will be billed in thirty (30) day increments for any fraction thereof.
