Only items originally purchased from shopstylecouncil.com can be exchanged.

 

We are happy to honor any exchanges as long as:

 

1. The item being returned is in new condition and retains the original Item tag.

2. The new item you wish to exchange for is of equal or greater value than the item being returned.

3. Your exchange request must be within 7 days of  receipt.

 

How do I return an item for an exchange?

 

Email us at returns@shopstylecouncil.com or call us at (323)769-5505 for your return authorization number. Remember to give us the invoice number in your email or message.

 

Your return authorization number will be issued via email (or voice mail if necessary). At this time, you will also be notified of the value of your exchange credit.

 

Write your return authorization number on the receipt and the outside of the box. Please ship your return to:

Again, we recommend you ship all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.

 

How do I place a new order in an exchange?

 

Once you receive your return authorization number and exchange credit amount, you may place your new order on line at shopstylecouncil.com.  Your new/replacement order will not be charged or shipped until your return is received in good condition.

 

After placing your new order, an email or fax will be sent out to confirm your order and the new balance or credit due. This will include any price difference between the exchanged items, possible taxes and shipping costs.  The balance or credit will be issued in the same form it was received.

 

Your exchange will not be shipped until we have received full payment for this balance.
